We are hearing more and more cases where
Arachnoiditis sufferers are having their DLA stopped after
having been visited by a DLA Doctor.
In the past month
we have been assisting five people with their appeals.
Some of these sufferers have been diagnosed Arachnoiditis
sufferers others have been diagnosed with degenerative
back problems. All had been receiving DLA for over two
years!
The treatment of sufferers
by the DLA is a disgrace and needs to be addressed, again
we need your help to do this. If you are having problems
with your claim for DLA then please let us know. We can't
do anything to guarantee you will get your benefit but
we can help with information and advice.
We can also 'Name and
Shame' if you have had a bad experience with the DLA which
has led to your benefit being cancelled or you have had
to fight an appeal then we will publish your story onsite.
